Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Deposits All bookings require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 25% of total fee] to secure the date. Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due no later than [e.g., 7 days] before the event. 2. Payment Accepted payment methods: [e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash]. Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees. Prices are subject to change unless a quote has been finalized in writing. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made by the client: 30+ days prior: No additional charges; deposit is retained. Less than 30 days: 50% of total fee due. Less than 7 days: 100% of total fee due. If the DJ must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued and reasonable efforts will be made to find a replacement DJ. 4. Performance Requirements DJ requires: Access to power sources and protection from weather (if outdoors). Minimum performance space of [e.g., 8x6 feet]. Adequate time for setup and breakdown (usually 1โ2 hours each)
